Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients for a smooth cooking process.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Mix until just combined.
  • Add breadcrumbs and egg to the mixture, mixing gently until fully combined.
  • Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix again until combined.
  • Form the mixture into equal-sized patties, about 1 inch thick.
  • In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Sear the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
