Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Prepare the pie crust and pre-bake it for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Gradually add sugar and whisk until smooth.
Slowly pour in the milk while whisking until well combined.
Add nutmeg and salt, mixing well.
Pour the custard mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45-50 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
Cool on a wire rack for at least an hour before slicing.
