Chicken Tenders

  • 1 lb Fresh Boneless Chicken Tenders Serves approximately four people.

Marinade Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped Brings vibrant flavor and color.
  • 2 limes Lime Juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Helps emulsify the marinade.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Adds aromatic depth.

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  • Place chicken tenders in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  • Remove chicken from marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Grill chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove chicken from grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm, garnished with additional cilantro and lime wedges if desired.

Notes

For variations, consider adding honey for sweetness, jalapeño for heat, or using different herbs like parsley or basil.
