Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Peanut Butter Topping

  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk Adjust for consistency

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-sweet or dark
  • Optional Toppings Chopped nuts, sprinkles, or additional chocolate drizzles

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 2. Prepare a round pizza pan by greasing it lightly with butter or lining it with parchment paper.
  • 3. In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.
  • 4. Remove from heat and mix in the granulated sugar until fully combined.
  • 5. Add eggs one at a time, stirring thoroughly after each addition.
  • 6. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • 7. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • 8. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, folding gently until just combined.
  • 9. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pizza pan and spread evenly.
  • 10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • 11. Allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • 12. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  • 13. Spread the peanut butter topping evenly across the cooled brownie.
  • 14. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the topping.
  • 15. Optionally drizzle with melted chocolate or add chopped nuts.
  • 16. Slice into wedges and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Can be frozen for up to three months.
