Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Prepare a round pizza pan by greasing it lightly with butter or lining it with parchment paper.
3. In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.
4. Remove from heat and mix in the granulated sugar until fully combined.
5. Add eggs one at a time, stirring thoroughly after each addition.
6. Stir in the vanilla extract.
7. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
8. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, folding gently until just combined.
9. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pizza pan and spread evenly.
10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
11. Allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
12. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
13. Spread the peanut butter topping evenly across the cooled brownie.
14. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the topping.
15. Optionally drizzle with melted chocolate or add chopped nuts.
16. Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
