Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients

  • 24 cookies Oreo cookies For the crust
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter Melted

Filling Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Cream cheese Softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 12 cookies Oreo cookies Crushed for the filling
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Crush 24 Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs.
  • Combine crushed cookies with melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  • Press the mixture into the prepared pan to form the crust.
  • Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add sugar, then eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  • Mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  • Fold in crushed Oreos and chocolate chips.
  • Pour the filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set.
  • Let cool gradually in the oven with the door cracked.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.
