Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Crush 24 Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs.
Combine crushed cookies with melted butter in a mixing bowl.
Press the mixture into the prepared pan to form the crust.
Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, then let it cool.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add sugar, then eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
Mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Fold in crushed Oreos and chocolate chips.
Pour the filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set.
Let cool gradually in the oven with the door cracked.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.
