Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a pizza pan or a large baking sheet by greasing it lightly.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  • Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • Spread the cookie dough evenly onto the prepared pizza pan.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  • Allow the pizza to cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Prepare the frosting by beating together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled pizza.
  • Decorate with assorted toppings of your choice.
  • Slice into wedges and serve immediately or refrigerate for easier slicing.
