Assemble the Layers: Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust. Spoon the cherry pie filling over the chocolate layer, spreading it evenly.
Chill the Pie: Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
