Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease a donut pan with cooking spray or oil.

4. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

7. Fill each cavity of the donut pan about two-thirds full with batter.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
9. Let the donuts cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
10. Prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and salt until smooth.
11. Dip the tops of the cooled donuts into the glaze.
