Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Add chopped garlic scapes to the mixture and stir gently.
  • Fold in shredded cheese until evenly distributed.
  • Slowly pour in milk, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  • Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead gently, and pat into a rectangle about ¾ inch thick.
  • Cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Optionally brush tops with milk or melted butter.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
