Seasonings

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Make the stir-fry sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the chicken in a single layer for 4-5 minutes, then stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  • Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for 30 seconds, then add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and pour the stir-fry sauce over the mixture, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle in the cashews and toss to combine, warming through for about 1 minute.
  • Serve the stir-fry in a dish, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
