Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and ensure they are clean and ready to use.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the cottage cheese and stir gently until creamy and smooth.
  • Prepare the vegetables: dice the tomato and cucumber, shred the lettuce, chop the green onions, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the avocado.
  • Layer the ingredients starting with the cottage cheese base in a serving bowl.
  • Add the shredded lettuce, diced tomato, cucumber, and green onions on top of the cottage cheese.
  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced avocado on top.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
