Instructions
Gather all your ingredients and ensure they are clean and ready to use.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the cottage cheese and stir gently until creamy and smooth.
Prepare the vegetables: dice the tomato and cucumber, shred the lettuce, chop the green onions, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the avocado.
Layer the ingredients starting with the cottage cheese base in a serving bowl.
