Cheesecake Filling

Softened, at room temperature.

Granulated Sugar

Heavy Whipping Cream

Vanilla Yogurt

Honey
Berry Swirl

Fresh Berries
Mixed, such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
Crust

Graham Cracker Crumbs

tbsp
Butter
Melted.
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well mixed.
Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a lined muffin tin or silicone molds.
In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth.
Add heavy whipping cream to the cream cheese mixture and whip until soft peaks form.
Fold in vanilla yogurt and honey into the whipped mixture.
Mash fresh berries in a separate bowl to create the berry swirl.
Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in the molds.
Drop spoonfuls of the mashed berry mixture onto the cheesecake layer and swirl gently.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Remove from molds and serve chilled, garnished with additional berries if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
