Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened, at room temperature.
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Berry Swirl

  • 1 cup Fresh Berries Mixed, such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

Crust

  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 4 tbsp Butter Melted.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well mixed.
  • Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a lined muffin tin or silicone molds.
  • In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Add heavy whipping cream to the cream cheese mixture and whip until soft peaks form.
  • Fold in vanilla yogurt and honey into the whipped mixture.
  • Mash fresh berries in a separate bowl to create the berry swirl.
  • Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in the molds.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mashed berry mixture onto the cheesecake layer and swirl gently.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  • Remove from molds and serve chilled, garnished with additional berries if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
