Instructions
 

  • 1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add bowtie pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  • 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • 3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • 4. Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • 5. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  • 6. Drain pasta, reserving some pasta water. Add pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with sauce.
  • 7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
