1cupCooked chicken or ground beefUse shredded rotisserie chicken or seasoned ground beef.
1cupSliced bell peppersAny color adds crunch and sweetness.
1/2cupSliced black olivesAdds a briny note.
1cupSliced mushroomsFresh mushrooms for earthy flavor.
1teaspoonDried oreganoClassic pizza seasoning.
1teaspoonDried basilAdds a fresh, aromatic note.
2tablespoonsOlive oilFor brushing the wraps before baking.
1/4cupGrated Parmesan cheeseFor sprinkling on top before baking.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken or ground beef, sliced bell peppers, sliced black olives, sliced mushrooms, dried oregano, and dried basil. Mix well.
Lay a tortilla flat, spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce over it, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Spoon the filling mixture onto the cheese layer and add more mozzarella cheese on top.
Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Place the rolled wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tops of the wraps.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Allow to cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
