  • 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Each breast should weigh about 6 ounces.
  • 1 pound Fresh Asparagus Choose tender stalks that are bright green and firm.
  • 2 pieces Fresh Lemons Juiced and zested.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Melted.
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut four large pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil, about 12×18 inches each.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Whisk until well combined.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the center of each foil piece and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Arrange asparagus spears alongside the chicken in each packet.
  • Drizzle the lemon garlic butter sauce over the chicken and asparagus.
  • Fold the edges of the foil to create a sealed pouch.
  • Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before opening.
  • Serve immediately, either in the foil or on a plate.
