Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut four large pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil, about 12×18 inches each.
In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Whisk until well combined.
Place the chicken breasts in the center of each foil piece and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Arrange asparagus spears alongside the chicken in each packet.
Drizzle the lemon garlic butter sauce over the chicken and asparagus.
Fold the edges of the foil to create a sealed pouch.
Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before opening.
Serve immediately, either in the foil or on a plate.
