Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish by greasing it lightly with non-stick spray or butter.
Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and separate them. Cut each roll into quarters.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Toss until evenly coated.
Add the quartered cinnamon rolls to the bowl with the apples and gently toss to combine.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Fold in nuts if using.
Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll and apple mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the apples are tender.
While baking, prepare the icing by whisking together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
Once baked, allow to cool for 10 minutes before drizzling with icing.
Serve warm and enjoy!
