Ingredients
  

Sausages

  • 1 pound Sausages Choose your favorite type (chicken, turkey, beef).
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For enhancing crispiness.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Freshly ground black pepper.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder For added flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder For depth of flavor.
  • to taste Fresh herbs Optional, like rosemary or thyme.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the sausages dry with a paper towel and separate if linked.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sausages, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat.
  • Place the sausages in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 9 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check the internal temperature; it should reach at least 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the sausages rest for a few minutes before serving.
