Instructions
Wash the potatoes thoroughly under cold running water to remove any dirt. Peel if desired, then cut into even-sized chunks (1 to 1.5 inches).
Place the potato chunks in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss until well coated.
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper over the potatoes. Toss again until evenly seasoned.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Add the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
