Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing until well combined.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  • Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Using a cookie scoop, portion out the dough onto parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Transfer the cookie dough portions into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry the cookies at 320°F (160°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove the cookies from the air fryer and allow them to cool on a wire rack.
