  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Vegetables

  • 2 medium Bell Peppers Sliced into strips.
  • 1 medium Zucchini Sliced into half-moons.

Oils and Seasonings

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For coating chicken and vegetables.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

  • Slice the bell peppers and zucchini, then add them to the mixing bowl. Toss to combine.
  • Arrange the chicken and vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Check if the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Serve immediately.
